Lomi Lomi Heartworks is one of the most ancient Hawaiian Massage modality. This massage style works by opening the heart using the hands, breath, rhythm and energy flow. Through lymphatic draining, and working with both the physical and energetic body, this massage style assists you in letting go of old, and creating space for new energy and love to be embodied. This beautiful massage treatment is held in a safe and loving environment. The 60 minute sequence works on the back body, neck, shoulders and face. The 90 minute sequence works on the back and front body, neck, shoulders and face.

This healing work deeply connects and co-creates with the mystery of consciousness and life. Throughout this session, we will traverse into the energetic body, working with the presence of ancestors, spirit guides, elementals and the four directions. Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to the individual and may entail: breath awareness, guided meditation, light language, clearing energetic blocks, inner child healing, ancestral work, and release processes.

Energy and Light healing works by tapping into the consiousness and frequency of intangible energy that lies beyond the veil. Through the guidance of ancestors, inner child work, extra-terrestrial beings and light language, my energy work sessions allow for deep recalibration of the whole system.

I create a sacred, held container that assists in deep body, mind, and spiritual healing. Through intuitively chosen modalities of Lomi Lomi Massage, Reiki, and Lightwork, my treatment provides a held space to recalibrate the nervous system and energetic body. My Yoga classes and events are held in deep reverence to the ancient roots of yoga, to the wisdom of the earth , ecology, and elementals, and working deeply with the intrinsic wisdom of the body through somatic movement and breath. My work closely weaves with the ancient practice of Traditional Chinese Elements (wu-xing, 5 element theory), and intuitive earthly teachings.
